Projectes VI - Projecte i Ciutat

Objectiu

Nou equipament de gestió alimentària a la Marina, a l’encreuament del Passeig de la Zona Franca i el carrer Motors, banda Llobregat. Es tracta d’un edifici existent afectat per aluminosi i que actualment és el banc d’aliments.

Dintre del programa es contempla l’enderroc de l’edifici i la construcció d’un nou que ha d’incloure espais d’emmagatzematge, espais administratius i espais docents relacionats amb la cuina.

Experiència

Aquest sería el projecte que més m’ha marcat de la carrera, ja que entren en joc totes les condicionants d’arquitectura. Una bona relació amb un entorn urbà en transformació, creació d’un nou edifici que respongui a les necessitats de l’ús que se li donarà i adaptar els espais i les instal·lacions al programa que s’exigeix.

En aquest cas tractem directament amb el client (banc d’aliments) on deixa ben clar quines son les necessitats i la quantitat de metres quadrats que necessiten per cada zona. A més a més es presenta el repte de la circulació de camions de gran longitud. Això implica que s’han de complir una sèrie de directrius sense deixar de banda que estem fent arquitectura.

L’experiència del projecte passa per treballar partint d’un edifici industrial, sense perdre de vista les condicions estètiques i multifuncionals que caracteritzen l’arquitectura d’avui en dia. També neix l’interès per les cobertes intensives i extensives, que és objecte del treball final de grau.

Projects IV - Project and City

Goals

New food management equipment in the Marina district, at the junction of Passeig de la Zona Franca and Motors street, on the Llobregat side. It is an existing building affected by aluminosis and is currently the food bank.

The program includes the demolition of the building and the construction of a new one that should include storage spaces, administrative spaces and educational spaces related with kitchen.

Experience

This would be the project that has marked me most in the studies, since all the architectural conditioning factors come into play. Good relationship with an urban environment under transformation, creation of a new building that responds to the needs of the use that will be given and adapt the spaces and facilities to the program that is required.

In this case we are dealing directly with the client (food bank) where he makes clear what are the needs and the number of meters they need for each zone. In addition, the challenge of the circulation of trucks of great length appears. This implies that a series of guidelines must be followed without forgetting that we are doing architecture.

The project's experience involves working from an industrial building, without losing sight of the aesthetic and multifunctional conditions that characterize the architecture of today. The interest in intensive and extensive roofs is also born, which is the subject of final degree work.
