Projectes III - La casa entre cases

Objectiu

Es presenta el solar, un espai molt qualificat per la seva situació urbana en un entorn històric i amb un caràcter de límit entre diverses escales que li dona una gran complexitat. Situat entre el barri i la ciutat, entre el centre històric i la dimensió metropolitana.En aquest projecte es tractaran els habitatges, els models d'agregació i les tipologies edificatòries que conformen la dimensió urbana. El discurs urbà es preocuparà de la configuració del buit, la seva relació amb els buits preexistents i de la seva consideració d'ús públic, privat o mixt.

Experiència

Buscar l’encaix d’una nova peça dins de la ciutat forma part de l’aprenentatge d’aquest projecte, la mirada comença a enforcar-se també cap en fora. En aquest projecte l’exploració de la forma és essencial, ja que hi ha un interès especial en la ventilació i il·luminació dels habitatges. Això s’aconsegueix amb un seguit de caixes que llisquen horitzontalment i s’esglaonen verticalment, creant un conjunt de terrasses que son el late motive del projecte.

Projects III - The house between houses

Goals

The site is presented, a highly qualified space for its urban situation in a historical environment with a boundary character between several scales that gives it great complexity. Located between the neighbourhood and the city, between the historic center and the metropolitan dimension.In this project, the houses, the models of aggregation and the building types that make up the urban dimension will be treated. The urban discourse will be concerned about the configuration of the void, its relation to the pre-existing voids and their consideration of public, private or mixed use.

Experience

Finding the lace of a new piece in the city is part of the learning of this project, the look starts to hang out too.In this project the exploration of the form is essential, since there is a special interest in the ventilation and illumination of the houses. This is achieved with a series of boxes that slide horizontally and spread vertically, creating a set of terraces that are the late motive project.
