Taller Temàtic I-II - Habitatge i Rehabilitació

Objectiu

Treballar sobre barris degradats de la ciutat de Barcelona com és el barri de Sant Martí.

Llocs que per algún motiu han arribat a un estat de fragmentació i discontinuïtat física, però també social i del teixit veïnal. L’habitatge col·lectiu, com a programa capaç d’adaptar-se a situacions urbanes i socials molt diverses, per ajudar a regenerar teixits desarticulats de la ciutat. Introducció de nous habitatges per recuperar la continuïtat i unitats del barri i complementar el programa amb un teatre o centre cívic, equipaments, que a l’actuar com a lloc de trobada reforça la idea de comunitat.

Experiència

En aquest projecte cal destacar el factor humà, entendre i tractar els problemes particulars i comuns dels veïns per adaptar el projecte a aquestes necessitats. Aquesta experiència va resultar molt enriquidora ja que fins al moment no l’havíem experimentat.

Entrevistar a diversos perfils de persones que viuen en aquests barris per després extreure aquesta informació tant important que ens ajuda a projectar de manera més eficient, atacant el problema amb una visió molt més madura.

Per tant ja no és tant un projecte d’investigació d’arquitectura, més be un projecte de reflexió, on s’han de buscar solucions a diversos problemes, tant d’escala humana com de ciutat.

Thematic Workshop I-II - Housing and Rehabilitation

Goals

Work on the degraded neighbourhoods of the city of Barcelona, ​​such as Sant Martí.

Sites that, for some reason, have reached a state of fragmentation and physical discontinuity, but also social and neighbourhood tissue. Collective housing, as a program capable of adapting to many different urban and social situations, to help regenerate disarticulated tissues in the city. Introduction of new homes to recover the continuity and units of the neighbourhoods and complement the program with a theatre or civic center, facilities, which when acting as a meeting place reinforces the idea of ​​community.

Experience

In this project, it is worth highlighting the human factor, understanding and addressing the particular and common problems of neighbours to adapt the project to these needs. This experience was very enriching as we had not experienced yet.

Interviewing various profiles of people living in these neighbourhoods then extracting this important information that it helps us to project more efficiently, attacking the problem with a much more mature vision.

Therefore, it is not so much an architectural research project, is a reflection project, where solutions to various problems, both human and city scale, must be sought.
