Urbanisme VI - La metrópolis dels llocs

Objectiu

Projecte d’una cruïlla metropolitana a la Marina del Prat Vermell en el

contacte de Montjuïc amb la Zona Franca i els barris de la Marina, on es reconsiderarà la

transformació urbanística prevista per tal de reforçar el seu paper com a node metropolità amb la re-urbanització d’alguns elements existents i la modificació dels programes

establerts pel planejament, incorporant noves activitats, un centre comercial, un mercat de productes de proximitat, zones d’oci-recreatiu i residencial que permetin construir un espai de centralitat metropolitana amb garanties mediambientals i socials.

Experiència

En aquest projecte en grup de 4 persones i d’extensió molt superior als realitzats fins al moment em quedo amb la capacitat de sintetització de la quantitat d’informació obtinguda i la organització d’idees tant diferenciades que tenia el nostre grup. El treball en equip és torna essencial per arribar als objectius i això ens apropa al mon professional.

Urbanism VI - The metropolis of places

Goals

Project of a metropolitan crossroads at the Marina del Prat Vermell in the Montjuïc contact with the Zona Franca and the neighbourhoods of La Marina, where the planned urban transformation will be reconsidered in order to reinforce its role as a metropolitan node with the re-urbanization of some existing elements and the modification of the programs established by the planning, incorporating new activities, a shopping center, a market of products of proximity, recreational and residential areas that allow to build a space of metropolitan centrality with environmental and social guarantees.

Experience

In this group project of 4 people and with a bigger extension compared to other realized projects I stay with the ability to synthesize the amount of information obtained and the organization of ideas so differentiated that our group. Teamwork is essential to reach the goals and this brings us closer to the professional world.
