Urbanisme IV - Projecte d’un fragment urbà residencial

Objectiu

Desenvolupar una proposta d’ordenació d’una illa residencial i una secció urbana en el municipi de Balaguer, en el que s’hauran de verificar els estudis previs realitzats del territori.

Experiència

Primera posada en pràctica de la diversitat de coneixements adquirits amb l’ajut de projectes paradigmàtics i explicacions teòriques que ajudaran a enriquir el projecte. Criteri, sistematització i diversitat son conceptes que formen part de l’experiència obtinguda en aquest curs.

Goals

Develop a proposal for the management of a residential island and an urban section in the municipality of Balaguer, which will have to verify previous studies carried out on the territory.
