Urbanisme II - E3 - Recomposar la Barceloneta

Objectiu

Es proposa un exercici teòric especulatiu de recomposició de la Barceloneta a partir de

la sostracció selectiva de carrers actuals i de la seva possible ampliació per tal d'implantar un nou model parcel·lari i edificatori.

Experiència

Implantar un nou model edificatori en un barri totalment consolidat i amb caràcter com la Barceloneta representa un repte que, més enllà de complir amb les expectatives, et fa veure la quantitat de variants que hi ha en joc dintre del disseny de la ciutat.

Urbanism II - E3 - Barceloneta recomposing

Goals

A theoretical speculative exercise is proposed to recompose the Barceloneta from the selective removal of current streets and their possible extension in order to implement a new parcel and building model.

Experience

Implement a new building model in a totally consolidated neighbourhood and with a character like Barceloneta, it represents a challenge that, beyond meeting the expectations, makes you see the number of variants that are in play within the design of the city.
