Urbanisme II - E2 - Noves parcel·les i edificis

Objectiu

L’objectiu d’aquest exercici és descriure el Districte de Sant Marí a través de les formes característiques urbanes, a través dels seus components (parcel·lació, edificació i espai públic). Es tracta de fer una representació sintètica, precisa i expressiva, de les variables que la defineixen.

Experiència

L’estudi d’aquesta superposició de teixits i incorporació noves tipologies edificatòries ens mostra que la ciutat pot conviure amb la diversitat, no tot té perquè seguir un patró si en aquest tot es troba l’equilibri.

Urbanism II - E2 - New plots and buildings

Goals

The purpose of this exercise is to describe the District of Sant Martí through the urban characteristic forms, through its components (plots, buildings and public space). It consists in a synthetic, precise and expressive representation of the variables that define it.

Experience

The study of this superposition of fabrics and the incorporation of new building types shows us that the city can live with diversity, not everything has to follow a pattern if everything is balanced.
