Objectiu

Descripció dels sistemes constructius que conformen l'edifici. Aplicació d'una metodologia de prospecció i anàlisi que permeti establir una diagnosi sobre l'estat de l'edifici. Justificació i aplicació de solucions de reparació i rehabilitació tèrmica i acústica per tal d’adaptar-lo a les exigències actuals.

Experiència

El tema de la rehabilitació fins al moment només s’havia estudiat de manera aproximada, en aquest projecte es fa un estudi complert de totes les patologies d’un edifici i de les posibles solucions a aplicar. Tot plegat et dona una idea de la complexitat a l’hora de tractar amb edificis malalts. Noves possibilitats pels arquitectes en un sector en creixement i des del meu punt de vista totalment indispensable.
