Cond. Serveis II - Instal·lacions i arquitectura

Objectiu

Consisteix en saber plantejar i desenvolupar totalment les instal·lacions de Serveis d’aigua, gas, electricitat, evacuació, protecció al llamp i incendis, telecomunicacions i climatització que precisa un edifici d’habitatges plurifamiliar urbà així com les instal·lacions que precisa un aparcament situat en soterrani.

Experiència

Dimensionar les instal·lacions a temps ens ajuda a trobar l’equilibri per dissenyar una bon edifici i per consegüent fer bona arquitectura, és un treball d’una dificultat important, no només per la seva extensió, també per la quantitat de superposició d’instal·lacions que s’han de coordinar. Aquest treball t’ensenya que instal·lacions i arquitectura van de la ma i que pensar-les per separat no porta a cap lloc.

Cond. Services II - Architecture and facilities

Goals
